R&D Specialist

For our HQ in Lodi Vecchio, we are looking for an R&D Specialist.

What you will do:
• You will formulate cosmetic products, managing all stages of development: from formula creation, to laboratory testing, up to the first industrial production.
• You will collaborate with the Marketing department for artwork validation.
• You will support the Purchasing department in scouting and validating new raw materials.
• You will interact with other company functions (Regulatory, Marketing, Purchasing, and Quality Control) to follow the complete development process in line with company policies and strategy.

What we are looking for:
• Education: Degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology (CTF), or equivalent qualification.
• Initial experience in cosmetic product formulation (skincare, suncare, personal care).
• Knowledge of main cosmetic regulations and ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 22716).
• Proficiency in English.

• Good knowledge and use of main laboratory tools and processes (Nice to have).
